From a Demolition Comes Pizza Ovens

We had to take down the old sign business building on East Main street as it was in poor condition. The bricks the building were made from are Cream City bricks. When the bricks are fired in production, they turn a creamy yellow color. These bricks were mostly produced in Milwaukee during the mid to late 19th century, giving Milwaukee the nickname Cream City. They are being repurposed for brick pizza ovens.
